For those ladies that have text in/on their pictures (such as a BPF pic with the word "20 weeks" written across them), how do you do that?

I would think you'd use Photoshop?  That's how I've done it.  Hope I understood your question!

If you don't have photoshop you could always use picmonkey.com.  It's super handy!
