Calling all tech ladies! Help with tinypic.com

I'm trying to use tinypic to dress up my siggy a bit, and I'll be wanting to use it tomorrow to participate in my first BPF! BUT, when I try to upload, I get an error message that the file type is invalid. Is this because it's a scanned image? Help?

    Hmm, is the image saved as a .jpg? Usually when I scan things they automatically save as .pdf. Not sure if that would be a problem with tinypic or not. I'm a pretty new user!

    I think you're right. I just uploaded a .jpg and it was fine. It must be the fact that it's a .pdf. Thanks for your insight!
