Pedicure recs... sensitive to smell

I tried to go to my local nail shop down the street to get a pedicure, but with my super sense of smell now that I'm PG, I couldn't stand the smell in the salon. Plus, I feel like it wasn't well ventilated anyhow. Does anybody have any recs for salons that won't make me want to hurl? LOL

TIA!

Re: Pedicure recs... sensitive to smell

  • It's a little pricey, but my go-to place for a pedicure while pregnant is Isle Pedi Spa on Kirby. It's a treat, but you don't smell anything and I swear they know some secret to the polish lasting forever. I swear their Mommy-to-Be pedicure is what kept my feet from swelling to a larger size in my last pregnancy.

  • I would also rec Isle Pedi Spa .  I go to the one on Voss.  Its expensive but great place!
  • I live at Lexus Nails in Pearland
  • My sister does nails and she makes house calls so you don't have to subject yourself to the salon smell. Pedi's are $30 and mani's are $20. As long as you don't live too far from the 45 and beltway 8 intersection she is willing to come out. Her name is KT and her number is (713) 456-0233.
