Anyone else get weird yellow looking scabs on the tips of their nipples?? They aren't dry or crusty...but rather moist looking in appearance. It's a sensitive area so I'm not keen on trying to pic them off. So gross! I'm going to call the doc tomorrow but thought I could get some feedback here.

I had this when I first started BFing. For example my nipples went from sore -- to bloody, cracked and painful to the yellow moist scabby thing you are describing. I ended up picking it off because it seemed to be blocking the milk from coming out.
I'm now 3 months into BFing and haven't had that since. Never went to the DR for it...but I understand your concern! I remember calling my husband over and being like OMG look!!...what is it?!
