I'll probably get flamed for this, but - Welcome to the Internet.  This board is no nicer or meaner than any other out there.  Remember we're all different people, in varying moods when we post.  That being said, I've found the advice and support here worth glossing through posts I personally find objectionable.  If you're not happy here stop complaining to us and go somewhere else.  The Internet is a large place, you're sure to find a place where you belong.  Besides, it's kind of insulting for you to call us all mean.
