O decided to get rid of my rant, but thanks to those who responded. Sometimes it is nice to have an outlet

    Sorry about your situation :-(  I read your post before and got side-tracked before responding....but was going to suggest you keep a paper trail of the way your boss was performing things worse than you did in case you ever need to defend yourself.

    Hope it gets better soon!
