Weird feelings

This morning i woke up & didnt feel like i was pregnant I mean i have a bump & everything but still up to now i still feel the same way Is that a bad thing? Yesterday I had a lot of mild cramping towards the bottom of my stomach. My SO wants me to call the doctor, but is this really necessary or am I just crazy?

Just wondering if any of you guys experience anything like this before?

I have mild cramping pretty regularly - which I have almost continuously since I've gotten pregnant. From what I hear, seems like it is pretty normal thing. It has picked up over the last few weeks as I am starting to grow. But that's just me.
