3 year old issues

I haven't even been a lurker on this board, I'm mainly on the Sept 2012 and Blended family boards. But I am in need of advice.

So my 3 yo DD has been a challenge for while, with attitude and not listening and just being a pain. It has gotten worse since I've had the baby. She is awesome witht he baby but does not listen to me or DH. I've tired spending more time with her and including her more but it hasn't helped. I'm at a loss of what else to do. Time out isn't working, taking things away isn't working. I'm almost at my wits end. Any one have any suggestions?

Thanks. Atleast I know I'm not alone. I thought my boy was hard to deal with at 3 (he was but most of his ws attachement issues to his Grandma) but DD1 is making me crazy. Some days I almost want to let her biofather have her as I'm just so drained from her constant PITA behavior. I would never actually give her away but sometimes it's tempting.

I don't have a second child, but DS became fresh when he turned 3. Same as you I've tried time out, taking toys away, etc. I recently made a sticker chart and that seems to be working. It has spots for Listen to Mommy, clean up toys, brush teeth, be kind to dog, put clothes in hamper and try new foods.
When he does each task he gets a sticker. We usually do it at the end of the day.
It worked while potty training so I figured I would give it a shot. So far so good. GL
