Belly painting ideas

My photographer is having a belly painting contest, and one of my friends is going to enter. Do any of you ladies have any clever ideas? She is due April Fools' day, which presents itself with some creative ideas. She is also an April born herself. This is #2- the first born is a boy. They are going Team Green.
