Two Under 2

What do I need for 2nd?

I'm making a wishlist on Amazon so that I can remember the things that I need to get for #2.  I have the Britax B-Ready, so I already added the second seat and the attachment for the lower infant car seat adaptor.  I would like to try the Ergo carrier this time around, because although I loved the Moby, it's a pain in the butt when trying to just run around town (in my opinion anyway).  I will need some new nipples for bottles and some new paci's.  Other than bedding and that type of stuff, what else will I "need" that I'm not thinking of?  TIA!

  • We really didn't buy much else except extra burp cloths and wash cloths.  I also decided to get a 2nd boppy b/c I realized it would be easier to have one upstairs and downstairs.  I Highly Recommend the Ergo- I love it!  I used a Baby Ktan for the first 3months and then switched to the Ergo.

  • A second boppy is a good idea!  I remember bringing ours back and forth, and a second would definitely be worth it.  I may even look at a second hand shop for one and sanitize it.  I'm glad to hear that you loved the Ergo.  I see that there is the original and the sport.  Any suggestions on which one?
  • I think mine is the Ergo Sport, but the only reason I picked it was b/c I liked the color- blue.  I didn't want to get the black one b/c I was planning to use it a lot in the summer and thought it would get really hot.

  • I bought new bibs, wash cloths, a couple of onesies but thats it. I love my ergo. I have the original black. I used it when we went pumpkin picking and my LO one slept the entire time. You will need the infant insert too for the ergo.

  • We got the sport so that we could get the extension. Husband is a big guy and the regular ergo didnt have an extension.
We also got a second diaper bag for daycare. We use cloth and there is no way we'd be able to fit everything in one nag for a nine hour day.

  • Thanks girls for all of the input.  Good call on the diaper bag too.  Mine is pretty stuffed as is with one!
