Bad Diaper Rash: suggestions?

What have you seen that gives the best relief?  Poor guy is going through some bad diaherrea and his skin can't get a break .

+1 YES!!!!! That stuff is amazing!

You don't need a script for it by the way. Got mine from Walgreens and it was actually on the isle with depends. lol

We use Desitin every diaper change. DD had diaper rash one time when she started sttn and we don't wake to change..the only thing that worked was Aquaphor and Maalox mixed together. Her Pedi called it in, the pharmacy calls it a compund. GL!

I remember when my LO has going thru that too. We used A&D ointment for babies. It worked great for us. Its about $5 or $6 for a big tube
