ergo cleaning

Does Ergo offer a service where you can mail them your ergo and have it cleaned?  If not they Should!

I was given an ergo carrier from a GF and am trying to figure out best way... dry clean>  wash in washer and hang dry?  It was in her garage for a couple years so it needs a thorough cleaning....
