Update: Just a phase?

I really can't complain, DD is a pretty good sleeper and hasn't been hard to put to sleep/bed until lately. I've noticed since she has been sleeping longer at night anywhere from 8pm to 10pm has been closer to 8 lately til about 4am to 7am then eats and goes back to bed for 3 to 4 hours. Some days she is sleepier than others and will nap well and some days she is wide awake and will fight her naps. Well yesterday and today she has been fighting her naps and today she was really fussy and overtired. She is eating great and no fever. Dressed warm enough and enough wet diapers. I wouldnt mind if she is up during and not tired but she can barely keep her eyes open snd fights it. ive put her in her swing which usually works, rocked her but only nap maybe 20 min. And tonight was a little harder to get her to bed than normal. Is this a phase or a growth spurt? Anyone else LO do this?
So of course I google lol this is just so out of the ordinary for her today that I had to research and although I'm doubting this is possible but she has been drooling and chewing on her fists lately, could she begin teething this early!?

DS started drooling and chewing on his fists at about that time too and I think he is just now starting to cut one or two teeth.  They can drool for quite sometime before they actually teeth.
