Does anyone know if they still offer a multiples program?

Not sure, but Enfamil does. I was sent 12 free cans after writing them.

Thanks for letting me know!  Too bad my boy cannot drink Enfamil.  We received a bunch of it for free and my girl drank it all.  Now we're on Similac Advance.

Yes but you have to have a form filled out by your pediatrician! He/she should have some on hand .... if not your ped should be able to get them from a similac rep!

Thank you!  I asked the pediatrician's nurse to contact the Similac rep and they are supposed to let me know something tomorrow.

We tried to go through the pedi but we got a letter a few weeks later from Similac saying that they have changed their program and now you have to send in their birth certificates.  It wasn't difficult, there was a simple form I had to fill out and send in copies of their bc's.  After I did that we received 2 cases (12 bottles) of the premade formula for free.  AWESOME!
