Weird symptoms week

This past week I have experience a few strange symptoms just wondered if any one else had these in the first or 2nd trimester? I am 13 weeks.
The first thing I noticed is my gums are bleeding much more easily than normal.
I wasn't feeling so great very cold so I took my temp thinking maybe I had a fever and it was 96 isn't that low for pregnancy? To add to this I nearly fainted in line at the grocery store the other night and I am have very weird dreams ie I was cheating on my husband etc.
Last but not least I think I might have hemroids but it's awfully early for that no? Anyone else gave any of these things?

During my last pregnancy, I had the bloody gums.  It started in the second trimester for me.  In fact, I got what my dentist called a "pregnancy tumor" (yeah, I had never heard of it either).  Basically a raised lump on my gums that bled very easily. It went away after I delivered.  Bloody gums is definitely a normal pregnancy symptom, not sure why but your gums seems to be more sensitive during pregnancy and you're more likely to get gingivitis etc.  So floss a lot!  lol.

 The lightheadedness is also normal, probably due to low blood volume.  This is common in the 1T-2T and should go away by the time you hit the 3T and your blood volume catches up.

 I can't speak to the low body temp or the weird dreams.  But I get weird dreams even when I'm NOT pregnant, so I would think it's probably just your brain trying to deal with everything.  The low body temp could be just a fluke (like maybe you hit a cold spot in your mouth), I'd take it a few times to be sure, and call your doc if you're concerned about it.

I have had every single one of those symptoms. Not weird at all. I was at the dentist today for a cleaning and the tech said bleeding gums is practically a rite of passage when you're pregnant.

ALLLL of this plus bloody noses...mostly in the morning.  Oh, and I also have acid reflux already...something I got with DS but much later in the pregnancy.

LOL...I too had a dream about cheating on my husband with my NEIGHBOR of all people!  Glad I'm not the only one.
