Our family advocate at our agency doesn't seem to check email frequently. It's driving me batty since I'm largely an online person. She's also not awesome about returning phone calls. We're in the homestudy process (read we've sent in money) and I'm so not impressed with customer service right this minute.

Call her supervisor. Either ask that she be more responsive or ask to work with someone who is...I refuse to deal with that kind of behavior. There is no reason she cannot pick up a phone or shoot you an email.
