I'm not loving either Sophia or Delaney with your last name.  Sophia Esposito is just a mouthful and Delaney Esposito just doesn't . . . mesh.

Of the names you have listed, I think Leah Esposito flows the best.  What about Leah Paige?

Personally, I wouldn't worry about the popularity issue- Sophia Grace is very pretty.  I think that Delaney is cute as well, but as others have said it doesn't necessarily fit with your last name.

not so worried about it fitting with last name.. last names always change anyways.. I'm more about the combination of the first and middle.. thanks for input!!

Not a fan of Delaney and don't like the alliteration of Sophia Summer.

That leaves Sophia Grace which is nice, but I think will be very popular combo. I think Sophia Paige would be better.

Sophia is very pretty but it's currently the #1 name in the U.S.-- lots of other Sophias around.  Delaney Paige is so beautiful AND unique.
