This is the way are doctor is pushing us..... any one been through this what should i expect?

Hi.  Sounds like and looks like you are new to the boards.  There is an etiquette that everyone tries to abide by. Typically, it is best to read back on what everyone has been discussing (at least 5 pages IMO).  I think you will find many answers to your questions.  I know the lingo may be a little hard to read at first, but there is a glossary on the right side if you scroll way down "bump board glossary" or ask us!  

Then it would be best to do an intro post and give a history of your TTC (trying to conceive) or IF (infertility). Updating your avatar and siggy (the info you see below my name in every post) with pictures and info helps us remember you and give more support.  You will find if you give support to others you will receive it.  Even if you don't know much yet you can still say congrats or give (((HUGS))).

You also need to make sure you are posting on the correct board.  Our board is for those that do have children, but desire more and have to use medical interventions to try.  If you don't have any children the Trying To Get PG or Trouble TTC (trying to conceive) are great places to start.  Once you have cycled 6+months the IF (infertility) board is a great place to post and even better to lurk and read too.  Always, read the green box at the top of the board, some have great links to board etiquette or even Q&A!

I hope you know I am only passing along the information I have learned.  We were all new on these boards at one point too!
