I finish ultrasound school in January and have 6 months of externship. I'm currently working for an engineering firm and while I don't mind my job, I HATE my "supervisor". I just had my annual review and while I've saved this company an unbelievable amount of money restructuring the procurement department and procedures, she gave me a "needs improvement" rating on my review and comments "due to a high number of absences it has left our department behind". This coming from the woman who's job I was hired for but pitched a fit via 10 page email to the owner of the company and who has missed 11, yes 11, days in the past MONTH (non-medical reasons). I have missed 4 days in the past 2 1/2 months because I was having endometrial tissue removed from my uterus and a level two biopsy performed because they thougth I had uterine cancer. ARE YOU F'ing KIDDING ME you stupid stupid woman. January cannot get here fast enough.
