Hi Everyone!

I am thinking about getting the BFF (in licorice twirl) I keep reading different things about this but was wondering if anyone has it can you tell me if the straps are removable? Particularly the backpack ones? I really don't think I like how it looks as a backpack and would like to use it more as a messenger or shoulder bag. 

I know this is stupid but finding a nice diaper bag has been so hard!

Yep! They come off!  Both back pack straps and the tote strap comes off.

ETA:  I love my BFF.

Thanks everyone! I still can't decide between the BFF or the PPB touring tote.....the bff looks a bit more practical.
