Is it possible to start BF?

Just out of curiosity because I am still having guilt for not following through and BFing, is it possible to start BFing after FFing this long? If so, how do I get my milk back?

    I believe it is possible to relactate. Post this on the BF'ing board...they'll know what tips work!

    There are things you can take to re-lactate. Chat with your doctor to see what can be done. My dr was saying that some meds can be given to moms who have adopted and want to BF. It's worth a shot.
