Just posted this in the March board too..hoping someone could provide some insight
I've been super nauseous from about weeks 6-12 and then it significantly subsided. I was just telling everyone yesterday about how happy I was that I was finally feeling better and then bam, I get home from work today and puked up my entire dinner. Anyone else have something like this happen to them late in the game? I'm hoping it was just something that didn't agree with me and it won't happen again ..

Sometimes second tri vomiting is related more to reflux and acid and slow digestion than hormone levels like in the first tri. So an acid reducer might be in order if it continues. Just something to think about.

I'm still vomitting at 24 weeks on a regular basis. Count yourself in the lucky people group.
If you are having severe cramps, diarrhea, excessive vomitting, etc., you might have food poisoning or something, but one vomit is normal.
With my last pregnancy, I had morning sickness (just nausea, but no vomiting) for the whole beginning of it. Around week 15 (if I remember correctly) I had a day where the whole day I just threw up and then after that day, my morning sickness was gone. Maybe that's what's happening to you.
Good luck.
