Just curious to see what other Pediatricians/ Parents are doing for the shot schedule. I worry with her being so little that getting the 6 or so that are recommended at 2 months will be too much for her. Are you following the CDC schedule or using a different one? If you are using a different one can you share what it looks like and how receptive was your pediatrician to a different schedule?

This exactly. Its actually important for preemies to get shots based on their actual age because it would be very hard on them if they contracted any of the diseases we immunize against. The actual amount of meds in each shot is based on weight so it won't be too much for your LO. If you are really concerned, you can ask the pedi to break them up over several days but it will require several visits from you.
