I have this one and I'm really happy with it.  It closes with one hand and pops open really easy, fits well in the trunk.

Contours Lite - it is recommended by consumer reports. I love it. It is light and easy to fold. We have used it when we fly too. It has a big basket and a cup holder but the shade is stationary.

Uppababy G-lux.  It isn't close to being under $100 - it retails for $189 - but is worth it!

If you can get a good deal on either a Maclaren Volo or Chicco Liteway, those are both awesome! Both may be a little over $100 though.
