Vitamins/Supplements While TTC?

I know I was on a cocktail of vitamins and supplements last time we were TTC, but I can't remember exactly what I was taking.  I know it included a prenantal, omega-3, CoQ10 and wheat grass...I just can't remember what the doses were.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

I've only taken PNV but this time I orderd DHEA, CoQ10 and something called Mysintol?????  I'm also doing a Fertility Cleanse to clear out all the toxins.  I figured this will be my 3rd IVF so my body is probably hating me.

I also added Vitamin D.  My RE said most women are deficient and it can aid in implantation failure.

While ttc I was using Fertilaid because it seemed to be a good mix of a bunch of stuff my acupuncturist recommended and it was easier to take those three pills a day than 20 if I had bought all the supplements separately.   In addition, I also took and am still taking additional folic plus b vitamins, CoQ10 and an omega-3 with added vitamin D.

i have always stayed on my PNV (use it as my multivitamin when not ttc or pg). i also always take calcium + D (600mg Calcium, i can't remember how much the D is).

my RE had me start CoEnzyme Q10 at 100 mg for this IVF attempt (and success). he didn't have me do that 3 years ago w/DS's IVF cycle.
