Hello ladies! I am sick as a dog. It just started today, mainly a runny nose, sneezing, sinus pain/pressure, and a headache.

I typically take Sudafed for stuff like this, but will that dry me up? Also, what is safe for me to take that won't pass on through breast milk?

Sudafed is probably not a good idea. I have had a lot of success with my netti pot and just lots of hot tea. I hope you feel better soon.
