Sleep a time question

When I put my DD to sleep sometimes she will lay with her eyes partially open before she fully goes down. This can last 10 minutes. Do you think that I should count that towards the length of her naps? Or should I start timing after she is fully asleep? God I am so tired of obsessing over baby sleep. Stupid 4 month wakeful.

Re: Sleep a time question

  • Why are you obsessing over sleep?? Why does it matter?? Just my opion but if she's tired she needs to nap more if she's not then she doesn't regardless of the clock and how you "time" a nap. If your sick of obsessing then don't.

I also wonder this. Just let her sleep when she want sto sleep!

  • She never wants to sleep and my doctor has asked me to keep a log of her naps so we can talk about ways to help her nap longer.
