Part-time in home daycare located in Oakville

Hi Ladies,

After talking it over with my husband, I am opening going to open my home as a part-time daycare. Before having my daughter Addison, who is a little over 9 months now, I was that Mom with a full blown-out amazing career, yet I toured over 15 daycares and in-home centers, and couldn't stop stressing about every little detail. It seemed like I couldn't find anywhere that would be good enough for Addison. So with a great deal of courage, I walked away from my career to stay home with Addi. Absolutely no regrets! I love children, love teaching Addison new things everyday...But Addison loves being around other kids too, such as our neighbors.  So, I think I can have the best of both worlds (SAHM) and positively influencing someone else's little treasure and giving another Mom peace in knowing their child is well-taken care of, while Addi has other kids in her presence to interact with and learn from. We live in Oakville, have a 2 story home with finished basement, and a small dog (under 10lbs). As I acquire more children (my limit is 4) my Grandma, who is 61, and has raised 6 of her own children, will be helping me out 3 days per week. If you know of anyone located in the Oakville (63129) area looking, feel free to share this post with them!
