Fresh air works best for me... but that does mean I have to leave my desk alot.
I love working from home, because i can take 5-10 minutes and lie on the couch - always making sure to set my alarm, because I do fall asleep that quickly.

I'm only 15 weeks 4 days but I have been feeling this way since about 6 weeks. I work 8:30-5:00 and by about 1:30 or 2:00 I can hardly stay awake. It doesn't help that we are in our slow season at work and there isn't much for me to do unless we are making sales.
I find that getting up and walking around helps a little bit but as soon as I sit back down in my office I'm nodding off again. Thankfully my work is very understanding and my manager just makes sure I'm awake with my head off my desk when the big bosses come around or customers come in.
Maybe take a break and take a 10-15 minute walk...or climb a few flight of stairs. Maybe see what you're eating and try to eat foods that encourage energy.
I still drank a cup of coffee during my PG and very occassionally an afternoon/lunch time soda if I was super beat. I found having juice w/ something w/ some protein helped w/ afternoon tiredness - so apple juice and peanut butter crackers; or cheese and some nuts, etc.
In a pinch - nutter butters cookies and apple juice were great

Me too. Or I just had some caffeine. Not much, just a small black tea. But it can help.
