To the moms who give their LO soy formula, does the constipation get any better? DS has been on soy for almost a month and his only problem is the constipation. His pedi told us to give him prune juice or karo syrup but that only helps sometimes. I also don't like the idea of having to give him prune juice until he no longer needs formula. Do most babies eventually get used to soy?

My oldest was on soy, and I am sorry to say it didn't get better until she was on a little bit of food.  Once she got started on food it seemed to help, but she was backed up all her infancy poor thing.

Our DS has been on Soy for the past three weeks and he's been stopped up on a regular basis...the only thing that gets him going is if I'm able to breast feed as well then he gets easier BM's.
