Pubic Hair

Yup, I'm going there!

This question might only apply to c-section mamas...but maybe not. Have any of you noticed if your pubs are sparse? I seriously have like 1/3 the amount of hair down there and basically no hair within 2 inches of my incision. I'm not complaining at all, shaving is so much easier and faster. I hope this lasts! It does kind of look funny though when I don't shave within a few days.

Re: Pubic Hair

  • Hmm I haven't noticed that, but I am afraid to shave to close to my incision yet. Heck I still hSve trouble seeing what's going on down there with this yucko ledge of skin flab I have.

I pull my sexy skin flab up, then my incision is completely flat and I can shave the few little hairs I have by it. I did have the normal amount of hair immediately PP then it seems like each time I shave, less grows back. I should shave every day, pretty soon I'd have no hair! Hells yeah!

  • No, but I have noticed thicker pube like hair right below my belly button and I am NOT happy about that.

  • Yeah I have way less than I used to especially around my incision.

  • Yes! If I let it get too long it sort of looks like bald spots or thinning hair. I also have no hair around my incision. Which is a good thing because I'm numb for about an inch around it and running the razor over the area gives off the weirdest feeling.

  • No section here, but that happened to me, too. It is like the hormones mess with hair growth or something.  I am not complaining, it is nice.  I kinda hope it stays this way!
