Hello all! My husband and I just found out we are pregnant last week and I am beyond terrified. We went through IVF at the beginning of this year and got pregnant with twins only to lose our boys. We aren't supposed to be able to get pregnant on our own so this is a total surprise and blessing. Any advice on how to stay calm and not worry every time I feel a little cramp? I haven't had much "morning" sickness so ofcourse that worries me as well.

Re: Pregnancy after loss
We lost our twin daughter after complications during the delivery last year, and I'm about to start my third trimester and am expecting another little girl. To say I have anxiety would be an understatement. I'm communicative about my concerns with my doctor, see a counselor every other week, and lean on supportive people when I just need to talk. Have you found CLIMB (Center for Loss in Multiple Birth)? I'm on my phone and can't link, but do a search and connect with the founder Jean. They have some great resources for pregnancy after a loss, and a lot information that's specific to parents that have lost one or more twins, which has really helped me. Jean even put me in touch with another mom in my exact same circumstance.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your twins, and best wishes for your pregnancy!
