2week old getting sick?

My other 2 sons have colds and i think lo is getting it. My doc said watch for fever, nose mucus, or having trouble breathing with deep breaths from stomach and upper chest. Lo has been making this new sound, like he is swollowing, high pitch gulp. But i can see his collarbone area sucking in and out.

Does this sound normal? Or im i just trying to find symptoms of a cold?
