I have responded to a few posts but never did an intro.
Hubby and I have been married for 9 years, born and raised NYers.Relocated to DC metro area and live in a small TH we are not DIYers: my family lives a plan ride away and my inlaws are a 4.5 hour drive away.
We are cautiously expecting our first a little boy. We had a painful m/c last spring and got pregnant this spring during final my semster of grad school- funny how life works!
I work as an h r director in healthcare aka HECTIC and dh works for the feds. I am dying to work part time after baby arrives or find another co to work for.
Currently fighting to get my FMLA papers signed back from my docs. Baby is breech and at 38 week appt they may schedule cs. She claim 2weeks prior to EDD is too soon to provide FMLA paperwork to me. Any advice how to handle?
Re: INTRO and advice needed
My doctor filled out my paperwork right after my 12 week appointment, and I turned it in already. It just gave estimated times. Maybe tell them that you need to give work notice so that they can be prepared?
Good luck!
