LO Favors The Left Side?

My DD seems to favor her left side way more than her right and always seems to turn her head in that direction. The pedi noticed it today and mentioned that if she continues to favor the one side we'll have to think about physical therapy. Any tips on how to train her to look the other way? I don't want her big ole' noggin to get a flat spot!

    Jack always favored the right side. When he was on his play mat I'd only put his toys on the left. Or when I'd play with him I'd sit on his left side. I don't know if it made a difference or if he just grew out of it but once he was a few months old we didn't have the problem anymore.

    Chloe is the same way. Her scull is misshapen and I panic over it. I just try to lay her down facing the other way whenever possible. Her neck doesn't turn as far to the right as it does to the left. :

    Our DS does too. Both PT's in 2 different hospitals noticed it. He has what is called torticollis where his muscle is shortnened on one side. They suggested some exercises to get the other side stronger. Lots of tummy time is the best. Just strength the neck & always rotate their head. You can google some exercises for positioning protocol
