I think we've already narrowed the girls list to 2! One is my favorite, one is H's.
Also, we need major help with boys. I don't know if there's anything out there I haven't already considered, but maybe you guys can trigger my brain. What boy names do Anna and Clara make you think of?
Re: Girl top 2 clicky; plus, suggest some boys
David, Elliott, James, Henry, Thomas, Samuel, Adam, Ethan, Nicholas, Oliver, Leo, Ian, Theodore/Theo/Teddy, Rhys, August, Rowan, Simon, Miles, Reid, Louis

I like Clara because I am a sucker for the Victorian antiques (not that Anna wouldn't fit that bill, but it is so classic that it doesn't really make me think of any era in particular).
For style consistency, I would stick with the 19th-century vibe for boys:
Asa
Ambrose
Arthur
Frederick
Theodore
Hugh
Julius
Franklin
Jasper
Felix
August
(plus any of classic English kings: William/Henry/Charles, etc.)
Of these, I think my pick would be Clara and Hugh.
Baby Name Popularity by State
I think Anna is so classic and can really grow with her. Clara is getting more popular and I'm getting a little tired of it, Anna feels refreshing.
Meh, I'm too lazy to list all the boy names I think would be of the same style as Anna. It's a lot, and I don't think I have anything original to offer there. Except for maybe Johann, no matter the heritage I think Johann is a great name.
Ditto. I don't hear Anna that often and it's classic and pretty. I would assume you like a more traditional name so for boys:
Charles, Nathaniel, Andrew in addition to the awesome names quoted above.
Ha! Hugh is at the top of the list for boys currently, but I'm still looking.
