I had a hard time choosing one, because Kensley is way not my style. But if you must, I think you have already hit on the best spelling.
I chose Marie.
I don't think I've even heard of KENsley before, I've seen Kinsley, not that I'm suggesting that either. But I would say them quite differently. If you're set on the name, I also wouldn't suggest changing the "ley" spelling to anything like "lee, leigh, lea" etc. Nor would suggest getting creative with vowels in the first syllable (y for i etc.)
I do like the middle names. Are there other first names you like? I'm having a hard time coming up with any suggestions because most of the "-ensley" names make me want to run in the other direction. Lindsey/Lindsay has a similar sound and I can get behind. Kelsey and Chelsea are similar too.
Edit: I didn't notice Brianne as a middle name. I don't like that one. But maybe Briana or Brynn as a first name?
I'm in the minority...i used to LOVE Kinsley! It was our number 1 pick for a girl name but then we started to find other names we liked better and through that we fell out of love with Kinsley lol... But, if you absolutely love it, don't let everyone else's opinion make you change your mind.
I voted for Kensley Grace...Kinsley looks more feminine.
Re: CP: Girl name
This. I do love the name Elizabeth!
No preference on middle name really, b/c I have a strong distaste for...uh, "Kensley."

I chose Marie.
Agreed, I can't vote.
Yeah this.
Kensley just does not sound pretty or feminine. It is also sounds very made up.
