Outdoor storage for stroller

We are hoping to get a double BOB for jogging with our 2.5 yr old and baby due in Dec. However, we live on the second floor and do not have a garage. Does anyone have a solution for outdoor storage? An affordable shed? Tarp? Storage in the car is not a solution. Thanks!

Would something like this work?  Not sure how big the double BOB is folded, but I live on a lake and the boaters use this type of storage at the docks.  They are lockable.
