Recipe rave

I was at the grocery store looking for something quick and easy to feed Hannah in a pinch. Chef Boyardee rice and veggies had so much salt that I decided to make my own.

I took 1c brown rice, 2c low sodium chicken broth, diced chicken, peas carrots and green beans and cooked it up. It was a hit!! And I have 5 more servings in the freezer! Woohoo!
