Just got a positive. Freaking out.

in Pregnant after a Loss

You guys. YOU GUYS. I am so happy and so freaking terrified at the same time. My cycles have been so screwed up since my m/c in May that I was sure I wouldn't be pregnant, but... I am, and I'm SO unbelievably happy, but I'm terrified. I've also been really sick the past week (possibly bronchitis, says the doctor) and I'm extra terrified that that will cause problems or something. I'm sitting here shaking with joy and fear. I will call the doctor tomorrow but I'm pretty sure I'm barely 4 weeks along and I'm guessing they won't have any use for me for a few more weeks. 

 

Sorry, I'm not usually this flighty. I'm just so excited, and so freaked out.

    Awwwwww!!! YAY! Congratulations, I know exactly how you feel! The positive after my m/c was almost surreal!  Be excited, and rest up and get rid of that bronchitis!  Congrats again!

    IVF Round 1:
    3/4/15: Egg Retrieval
    16 Eggs Retrieved -- 15 Fertilized via ICSI -- 10 Blastocysts Biopsied for PGD & PGS -- 2 (male) Blastocysts Remain for Transfer
    5/13/15: FET -- 5/26/15: BFN
    CANCELLED IVF Round 2.

    5/25: BFP EDD: 1/25/13, 6/12: No HB detected, 6/22: MC via Cytotec. Informed of possible bicornuate uterus.
    10/2: BFP EDD: 6/1/13, 10/20: Natural MC
    12/10: ultrasound w/saline confirms septate uterus (almost complete septate). Surgery to correct scheduled 1/11/13; surgery postponed while trying to determine next course of action given results of karyotyping
    Diagnosed with balanced reciprocal translocation genetic issue
    Surgery rescheduled for 3/13/13.

    We lost our first (EDD 07/23/12) after finding out at 12 weeks there was no longer a heartbeat. Our rainbow was born 05/22/13 and was worth all we went through.

    RPL Workup: + LPD (7DPO Prog = 7.8, Endometrial Bx = out of phase)
    Elevated Alpha 2-glycoprotein IgA and antiphosphatidylserine IgM -->
    Hematologist said not to worry and no need for treatment!

    Dx: LPD
    Cycle #1(08/2012): Clomid 50 mg CD3-7, Ovidrel CD13 + Progesterone = It worked!
    BFP #5 on 09/10/12 (11 DPO). HCG #1 @ 14DPO = 131.6 HCG #2 @ 16DPO = 509

    Congratulations!  And I hope you feel better soon; I've got terrible bronchitis right now too and it's awful.  I'm pretty sure I broke a rib from coughing so hard :(  Hopefully our babies will withstand the coughing just fine!
