no appetite after csection

Not sure if im getting sick or if my no appetite is relate to my csection 2 weeks ago. I also have some nausea throughout day, buy i havent been eating much. My doc asked me today if i think im depressed but i dont feel moody or sad. I just really have to force myself to eat bc im not hungry at all.

What do you think?

I've been the same since my csection. I have to force myself to eat all the time. I'm a diabetic so it's really not good but I just don't have any appetite. I don't think I'm depressed either.

That happened to me. It took a few weeks but my appetite did slowly come back.

It's totally normal. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and try snacking instead of forcing yourself to eat a whole meal. I think I was back to normal at 3 to 4 weeks.

I had this too... From about 2 to 5 weeks after Cs. Mine is slowly coming back but nothing sounds good. I just snack when I can. It's been hard with no sleep and no appetite. I think my appetite started coming back about the time my LO finally calmed down some after the first few weeks during which time I was extremely emotional and cried a lot. I thought I was depressed, but turned out I was just beyond exhausted. No real words of advice other that get as much rest as you can and eat something small even if you are not hungry, oh and give yourself some time to adjust! Good luck!!!

It was about a month and a half to two months til I started being hungry again. I played it with the c-section but constantly being busy with the baby. It can be hard to find time to eat.
