Eating less

I've noticed today that my LO has less of an appetite. He usually wakes up on his own every 2 to 3 hours to eat but he went from noon to 3:30 without waking up and when I tried to feed him he only nursed for 10 minutes and fell back asleep. He usually nurses 30 minutes to an hour for each feeding and has not nursed more than 20 min for any feeding today. Should I call the Pedi or is this normal?

Could be a growth spurt where he needs more sleep. And as they get better at nursing they eat faster. I would not worry at this point.
