My LO is 10 months, he has slept with a lil soothie blanket for about 2 months with no problems. Now that it's getting cold here I was wanting to throw a small blanket in there too that he can snuggle with. I'm trying it for naps first to see how it goes but I was curious if anyone else has started letting more things in the crib yet.
Re: Do you let your LO sleep with a blanket now that it's getting cold?
my read shelf:
My DS tosses and turns in sleep as well and some nights the blanket manages to stay on him... we started putting him in footie jammies and the blanket cause he finds that comforting. He moved around last night and still had the blanket on, until he stood!
THIS!! They make a micro fleece (super cozy) sleep sac.

Exactly this lol. I've tried putting a blanket in during naps to see how she does but it never stays on her for more than a minute - she kicks it right off when she's rolling around trying to get comfortable to go to sleep.
Two piece cotton jams with a fleece blanket sleeper over on cool nights...I add a long-sleeve onesie under the two-piece pajamas with fleece footed sleeper on the nights it's downright cold.
Over the summer/early fall it was a lightweight cotton footed sleeper and an Aden & Anais muslin sleep sack.
My MIL did the same thing and we use them for DD. Usually during the night it get balled up in the corner but for naps it stays on her pretty well.
