I'm not happy with my current stash of FB, so I bought a BG Elemental to try out. I only bought 1 to make sure I like it before I buy more. How would you go about prepping a single diaper? Instructions say to wash 3-5 times before 1st use and I can't imagine just putting 1 diaper in a load. Seems that it wouldn't get agitated enough, let alone be a waste of water/energy. Are there any restrictions on what can be washed with these dipes? I'm used to FB, so I don't have any experience with natural fibers. TIA!

    Just throw it in with a load of towels two or three times. Just remember to use your cd safe detergent and not use dryer sheets if you use them or hang dry.
