St. Joseph's or Banner Good Sam

I am delivering pretty much any day now and am still debating which hospital to deliver at between St. Joe's and Banner Good Sam?? I have been to St. Joe's OB triage and they have been great but I have also heard great things about Good Sam. I will probably be getting a C-section from what my doctor and I have discussed. Any input is much appricated!

I am not sure how much great advice I can give you as this is my first baby, but I am delivering at St. Joe's. I work very close by (within walking distance), and every woman at my office who has ever given birth (for the past 20 some years) have all gone to St. Joe's, so to me that said something. I haven't met anyone here who went anywhere else. I also picked an OB that is at St. Joe's, so I am in the medical center there all the time. I have really enjoyed it there. My only experience with Banner Good Sam was when my husband had an injury. I was incredibly unimpressed with them when we were there for that. I am sure the OB area could be much different, but it just left a bad taste in my mouth from that experinece there. I'm not sure if any of this helps, but I just thought I would give you my 2 cents Good luck!

I am going to be delivering (soon i hope) at Good Sam, i have had many recommendations and friends delivered here with wonderful experiences.  Since it is a Banner hospital they are on the forefront of technology and their nurses are wonderful.  I was on OB Triage already once and they took great care of me and paid lots of attention to what was going on.  We also took all out birthing classes here and met many of the nurses!  You could always take a tour of both and see how you feel.
