    Agree with PP, it's probably just your letdown.  Mine is kind of painful too.  It's gotten better over time...sorry and good luck!

    Mine felt like that at first - it would hurt a little for the first 30 seconds or so.  You can take some Tylenol before nursing if you need it.

    It gets better.  I don't feel any pain or discomfort when I nurse now.

    I get more like an ache, but yeah, if you look at your other nipple, it may be expressing milk.

    Sounds like letdown to me too. Mine is still in full force at 3 months with no signs of easing up. I've been told that if that's the case it's an oversensitivity to the hormones, sweet
