Is anyone following this schedule I think I've stumbled upon the holy grail of scheduling. Any tips? Anything that worked for you? How do I strech the night sleep?
I will sway 1/2hr to the left or right only unless a huge meltdown.
we start the day everday at 6am with their 1st feeding followed by
8:30am 11am 1:30pm 4:30pm 7pm dream feed at 9:30 2amish & then back to 6am
Always wake a sleeping baby if you need to...you will all get more sleep at night
To help streatch the night sleep dont drop a feeding too early but try to go to a 2.5-3 hr during the day schedule so they get more food in during the day.

We are on this schedule too, but I actually realized it after the fact. LO naturally does this, which is awesome. He eats every 3-3.5 hours, then usually will be awake for 1.5-2 hours, sleep for .5-1.5 hours, then be ready to eat again. At night time, our bedtime routine is what clues him in that this is eat-sleep time. Dim lighting, swaddled nice and cozy, and quiet. He is up to 6 hours, consistently now! Woot woot!
We're flexibly doing it and DS is sleeping 5 to 7 hour stretches at night.
Until last night he was going down between 10 and 11, waking up between 3 and 5 and then going back down for 2 to 3 hours. Last night he went down at 8, i woke him at midnight and he went down until 5am. I hope this sticks because it's ideal.

The first part was us, until last night. I tried to put him down earlier, so he went down around 9:15 pm, then woke back up at 12:30 am, was up until 2:30 am, then asleep until 4:30 am, up until 7 am, then back to sleep until 9:30 am. I'm exhausted today and I don't understand how 1 hr earlier made so much difference in our usual good sleep pattern.

I only tried it last night because he didn't nap much all day. Same story today and I'm just getting ready to put him in his crib, i.e. he's snoring on my chest right now. Good luck tonight.
