To trigger or not to trigger???

I have one follicle at 23mm. My estrogen is 251, my LH is only 3...so no surge. The NP called and said that I can trigger if I want to do that to time it out. We are not doing an IUI this cycle though, just taking a chance.

Not sure if I should just trigger and have sex either tomorrow night or Sat...we have been trying the every other day try for the past week.

I triggered when I had one 22mm follicle this cycle; we were not doing IUI, just TI.  I liked doing the trigger because then I knew the follicle would actually release.  I think that sometimes the follicle can grow too big and turn into a cyst unless you do the trigger shot.  I'm no expert, though.  GL with whatever you decide!

We have been through a ton of IVFs, FETs, IUIs...and I was so darn excited that after having a break I grew my very own follicle so I had this dream of it all working out on its own.

Funny how I feel like I'd have the answer if someone else asked this question but I can't answer it for myself!

I would probably trigger, in part to keep my cycle moving in a timely manner. Good luck!

I would def trigger, that way you KNOW you timed it right and gave it a true "shot".  Haha I am hilarious today! (please ignore my random sarcasm).  GL to you!!
