Anyone care to share their weekly menus? I have 10 days before DH leaves again and I can just do simple meals for DS and me. I'm feeling uninspired and unmotivated to plan meals myself for the next week so any ideas would be appreciated!!
Tuesday- DH made WW friendly meatloaf, saut?ed zucchini for me and noodles for him and DD
Wednesday- Turkey Italian Sausages (these are super easy and yummy throw them on the grill!), hungry girl onion rings and green beans
Tonight- Usually the ILs cook on Thursday and have us over, if not I will be having a lean pocket and salad, I will have to throw something together for DD.

Chili
Flounder and Spaghetti Squash (Did not turn out as good as I had hoped)
Pita sandwiches (super fast)
Pork chops and apple celery stuffing
Pumpkin pasta with chicken, mushrooms, and spinach
M- chicken and shrimp gumbo
T-leftovers
W-grill chicken wings with salad
TR-Spinach and cheese tortellini w/marinara and garlic bread
F-Baked pork chops, black eyed peas, mac and cheese
S-pizza
sun-chicken and veggie stuffed crescent rolls, corn on the cob and salad
M-tater tot casserole
T-taco soup with cornbread
W-wet burritos (burritos cooked in enchilada sauce)
Th-pork chops, mashed potatoes and gravy
F-ravioli
S-black beans and rice in whole wheat tortillas
we always finish up leftovers at lunch the next day or two

M-chicken pot pie
T-pork fried rice with the pork tenderloin MIL sent us home with on Sun
W-ground pork chili and steamed green beans
R-ham, peas, honey-orange carrots
F-steak, acorn squash tart, salad
S-split pea soup with left over ham
H was home all week and has been doing the cooking:
Mon - meatload, mashed potatoes, white grave and glazed carrots
Tues - grilled cheese and homemade tomato soup
Wed- Rotisserie chicken, brocolli and baked sweet potatoes
Thurs- crockpot chicken and tator tot casserole
Fri - shredded chicken taquitos (chicken leftover from wed), black beans salad and cilantro lime rice.
Monday- I ate out with my mom

Monday- Baked salmon with sauteed kale and carrots

Tonight- Leftover (or breakfast)
Friday- Burgers and sweet potato fries
Saturday- Steaks with roasted zucchini and green beans
Sunday- Roast Chicken in the crockpot
Sunday: Lasagna
Monday: leftovers
Tuesday: Cajun Black Beans and Rice
Wednesday: Beef and Bacon Chowder
Thursday: Salmon with Jalapeno Butter
Friday: I don't cook on Fridays.
Saturday morning I have to go grocery shopping, tonight I'll make my list for the upcoming week.
