This is such a FTM question, but as of yesterday DD has been rolling herself onto her side when sleeping. It freaks me out as I don't want her to end up on her tummy. I've been moving her back to her back, but she just moves herself onto her side. I have a feeling that she s using the swaddle to gain momentum to get in this position (she's in an arms out swaddle). Is this okay? TIA!!

I'm a FTM too, and I experienced this same freak out moment when my son did that for the first time! I tried to move him back onto his back a few times, but he always rolled right over to his side again. If he can roll to his side, he can roll back. Just keep an eye on him if you're worried, but it will likely be no big deal!
